Chris has been extremely helpful throughout the entire mold inspection process. The actual inspection was very thorough, and he explained everything as he went along. Despite the lab being busy this time of year, the results came back fast and he made sure to update us when he received them. The written report was extremely in depth, and did not miss any details. Outstanding experience with the Neptune Mold Solutions team, from start to finish. They were able to come out quickly and were incredibly courteous and professional during the inspection, and even stopped to show some love to our eager golden retriever that was so keenly interested in their presence. More than anything, appreciate how prompt, frank, and honest Chris was with a few of the follow-up questions I had for him after reviewing the results. Would definitely recommend NMS to anyone needing a service like theirs.
